Prof. Xavier Gellynck 

Xavier Gellynck holds a Doctor of Science degree in Bio-engineering from Ghent University, Belgium. He also holds a diploma of Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Aix-Marseille. He is professor at Ghent University in economics and marketing of food and agricultural products. Prof. Dr. Gellynck specialises in business-to-business marketing, quality and marketing management at chain level and marketing problems related to the introduction of new food products. He is a member of a number of European organisations connected to food and is a highly sought-after keynote speaker for companies and guest speaker at international universities. He is author of more than 220 publications.
